He received his PhD in Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo in 2006. From Apr. 2006 to Mar. 2007, he was a Research Assistant at Graduate School of Information Science and Technology of the University of Tokyo. From Apr. 2007 to Mar. 2012, he was a Research Associate at Graduate School of Information Science and Technology of the University of Tokyo. From Apr. 2012 to Mar. 2016, he was a Team Leader of HPC Usability Research Team of RIKEN Advanced Institute for Computational Science. From Apr. 2016 to Mar. 2017, he was a Part-Time Team Leader of HPC Usability Research Team of RIKEN Advanced Institute for Computational Science. From Apr. 2016, he is a Principal Research Scientist at STAIR.
