Alexey Shmelev is the Chief Operation Officer and co-founder of RSC Group (since 2009), leading Russian innovative HPC solution provider and developer. Prior to RSC, he used to work at Renaissance Capital in IT Consulting field and has been at research positions at Russian Academy of Sciences, software engineering in VDI (now EPAM) and Digital Equipment Corporation.
