Dr. Perciano acquired her PhD degree at Computer Science from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil (2012). She is currently a Research Scientist in the Computational Research Division at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She has experience in Computer Science, focusing on Image Processing and Analysis, acting on the following subjects: image processing and analysis, machine learning, high-performance computing, Markov Random Fields, and inverse problems.
