Dr. Matthias Becker is a researcher at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) and leads a team that investigates the scaling of computational methods for processing genomics and health data. After receiving a PhD in Geneva, Switzerland for processing MR images, he focussed on genomics and joined the University of Bonn. Now, he continues his work at the intersection of computer science and medicine by introducing Memory-Driven Computing to the DZNE.
