Benjamin Hazelwood did his undergraduate degree at Durham University and continued with an
MSc by Research under the direction of Tobias Weinzierl.
Benjamin's Master's thesis introduced teaMPI as well as the concept of heartbeats, and he
championed the development of the first public version of the underlying code base.
Today, he works for Featurespace in Cambridge.
